Renting Sound Pure Studios for your next Recital, Performance, Seminar, or other Private Event

Sound Pure Studios is a beautiful and spacious facility that can be utilized for a variety of unique events where a special experience is desired. Cost is always determined on a case-by-case basis, and depends on the overall demands of the event, number of attendees, use of the facility, quantity and type of personnel required, time of the actual event, setup time, and estimated cleanup. For a variety of reasons, space is limited, and because of the fragile nature of the high end equipment, instruments, etc. certain uses will also be limited. That being said, Sound Pure has up to 50 seats that can be made available in the case of a performance, seminar, or recital, and of course can easily record any Sound Pure event with audio and/or video in outstanding quality. It is the ideal choice for small, recorded live-music events such as small-ensemble recitals, and any event event where a great physical venue can be coupled with the musical or acoustical demands.

With additional planning and preparation, sound reinforcement, video projection, catering and use of Sound Pure’s full kitchen(s), outdoor area and grill, conference room, etc. may be utilized in a variety of ways to meet the demands of your event. While normal wear and tear associated with your event is anticipated, any damage associated with misuse of the studio, or breakage is the financial responsibility of the client. While Sound Pure takes special care in ensuring that the kind of events selected for the Studios are not of a particularly high risk to the instruments, equipment and facility, it is the special event client’s duty to make sure attendees are also aware of the fragile and costly nature of those items involved. Sound Pure recommends that particular care be taken when alcoholic beverages are involved, and reminds the client that any damage to the equipment, facility, or instruments, is the clients responsibility and will be billed at full replacement cost, including the man-hours involved in procurement or management of the replacement or repair. For certain uses of the studio, an additional damage-deposit may be required, but whether or not a deposit is required does not limit the total cost of the damages in any way.

Graphic Design – CD/DVD Booklet or Cover creation: At Sound Pure, we recognize that no CD or DVD release is complete without great looking logos, graphics, art, photography, text, and/or print layout. We have superb graphic designers as well as the computers, software, cameras, etc. Our well-experienced team of designers do excellent regular work for Sound Pure and Sound Pure clients, and may be brought in on your project, for your specific needs.

Advertising/Corporate: Through our host of capabitilies, Sound Pure can help produce any variety of media your corporation or music ensemble might need. From marketing materials, including radio spots, video creations for TV or Internet Publication, or the print materials needed to accompany the above, Sound Pure’s creative team can be combined to your benefit in an effective and cost-effective way to produce the kind of content and media you are looking for.
